Adobe CC Libraries – Text Styles

Adding text styles to Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries

Feature Description:

Adding Character & paragraph Styles from InDesign to Creative Cloud Libraries

Click plus (+) in the Libraries panel to add graphics, text styles, colors, and effects from your document.

About Creative Cloud Libraries:

Creative Cloud Libraries, powered by Adobe CreativeSync technology, allows a users favorite assets to be available anywhere. Images, colors, text styles, and more can be created in several Creative Cloud desktop applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and even mobile apps, and then they can easily be accessed across other desktop and mobile apps for a seamless creative workflow.

My Contribution:

I worked specifically on adding text styles (character + paragraph styles) from InDesign into CC Libraries and how Illustrator would also follow the same behaviors. The design evolved over time in the CC Libraries panel. Initially, the options to add text styles remained outside at the bottom dock of the CC Libraries panel. As more options were added to the CC Libraries panel, all the options were collapsed under the ‘+’ icon.
